We price all of our properties at or just below market rates, and are usually completely booked during high season. We have fairly high occupancy during the slow season, so don't wait until the last minute or you will be disappointed when someone else books your unit.

Arriving at the Charley Young Beach House after a long flight, the first thing I like to do is to walk down to Charley Young Beach with Katelyn, my 4 year old daughter and go for swim. We splash around in the warm gentle surf, catch some waves with the boogie boards, and then build sand castles for an hour. After the beach she loves to cross the street and cool down with some mango flavored shaved ice before we walk back to the house. I get a fish taco from Maui Tacos next door.

1 Free Nights stay for Back-to-Back Reservations
For 7 day+ reservations, if you arrive on the same day as another guest is departing and leave on a day when someone else is arriving, we will give you a Free nights stay because you squeezed in between 2 other reservations. Earn a 1/2 night free nights stay if you check-in or depart on the same day as another arrival/departure.
To take advance of our specials, place your reservation online for 7 nights or more and agree to all the rental terms and conditions. Our reservation system will show full price. After placing your reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. When your confirmation e-mail arrives, reply saying you agree to the rental terms and conditions with the special rate. We will then adjust your rate on the back end, and send you a confirmation e-mail. You may only take advantage of one special at a time.
