Long-Term Maui Rentals
The following homes are available for long-term rental with 6 month leases. These homes used to be high end vacation rentals and come furnished with everything. All you need to bring is a tooth brush. The monthly rental include water, trash and landsaping, utilites are extra. Once you have selected the home want, click Rental Application to apply. We have a one time application fee of $24.95 to check your credit history. Next, click "view details" on your home and then click "book it now" to reserve your home. Each home requires a 6 month reservation. The Lease can be found under "Terms and Conditions" and will also be e-mailed to you once you make your online reservation.
