This 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house sleeps 4 adults and is located in South Kihei across from Maui Meadows in a residential neighborhood on a large 1/4 acre lot. It's less than a mile to nice sandy beach good for swimming, snorkeling and sun bathing, Kamaole Beach Park III. Guests enjoy the luxury of new top-of-the-line pillow-top mattresses, down comforters and pillows, and 600-thread count sheets. It has a private entrance and garden patio, complete with a BBQ and wonderful soothing garden chimes. This home has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, AC, and a private washer and dryer. It's close to shopping, dining and entertainment, and has free off-street parking. The home is near an important road, but with the windows closed and AC on you will hardly notice the little bit of road noise. Boogie boards are provided for endless fun in the sun.

  • All rates subject to 12.42% State Tax.
  • 30% Advance Payment Required with Reservation.
  • Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • There is a $75 exit cleaning fee added to all reservations.
  • Extra maid service available at additional charge.
  • Minimum 3 night stay required during regular season.
  • 10 Night minimum stay over Christmas, 14 night minimum stay required if the dates cover both Christmas and New Year.
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change.
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets Allowed
  • A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out if it's available 3 days prior to checkout.
  • No parties are allowed.
  • Please park in the garage, driveway or your assigned parking space. No on-street parking is allowed.
  • No loud noises or music at any time.
  • It's against Maui law to disturb your neighbors between the hours of 9:00pm - 8:00am

        Deposit Policy:  
        

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. If the property is left in good condition, then the damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.

  • Avoid paying the $500 damage deposit by agreeing to a $25 non-refundable damage deposit waiver fee. This way you will never be charged for any accidental damages under $500.

        Refund Policy:  
        
  • A courtesy 24-hour hold is provided for all reservations without penalty for cancellation or changes.
  • A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations.
  • For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
  • A $50 fee may be applied to any changes to reservations
  • Any changes in the reservations are subject to a $25 fee

    This was SO cute and cozy. It had EVERYTHING you could have possibly needed for a vacation. It was really nice to have all the beach accessories provided so that we didn't have to bring our own in our luggage. It was very close to Kamaole Beaches, which are nice, and only 10 minutes away from Wailea, which has great snorkeling. I would definitely stay there again on future visits!

    I enjoyed the stay very much. I only had one complaint while there and that was regarding the family upstairs constantly running and thumping all hours of the day and night. I called the office and they took care of it for me. The house was comfortable and I was really able to relax and put my mind far away from home and work. I look forward to staying with you next year and every year after that.

    We had a wonderful stay in Kihei at the cozy ohana. It was well stocked, comfy, clean, and a great location to lots of Maui sites. We especially appreciated having laundry facilities, beach items (chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, frisbee) available to us. We traveled with our 2 year old, and found this cottage to be more than adequate for our family of 3...could have easily handled another child. And there is a place to park the car in the garage--that was a nice surprise! The yard was beautiful and very well kept. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to be back again!

    Very pleasant stay! It was our wedding/honeymoon trip to Maui. Thank you. The reservation process was a breeze and the unique door code worked great. Key less entry is definitely a bonus. The neighborhood was very safe. Being away from the main road was a plus as it allowed for more privacy and easier highway access. Highway noise was less than noticeable. The ohana was very cozy and we loved the private driveway/garage. We were able to store our kayak there with great ease. A/C worked like a charm. Thank you for the supply of beach toys! Alex, who was in charge of maintenance was fantastic to deal with, very accommodating, pleasant and a great person(Alex gets 5 stars). The only maintenance(replacement) necessary is the toaster that does not work properly (need to hold down the button) and the coffee maker leaks from the bottom base, we did not mention this at all as overall the place was great. We will definitely stay at the ohana again. After leaving it on Jan 25th, we stayed in a condo near the main Kihei Rd, and definitely missed the ohana. Now your place carries sentimental value to us and we hope to stay there for our first wedding anniversary, and many future visits. Thanks again. And thanks again Alex!! Chubey Family
