Enjoy spectacular unobstructed ocean views from this 3-bedroom, 2-bath family home. Watch sunsets over the pacific ocean while sitting on the large outdoor deck. Beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment are close by. It sleeps 8 adults and is located in South Kihei across from Maui Meadows in a residential neighborhood on a large 1/4 acre lot. Kamaole Beach Park III is less than a mile away. It has nice sandy beaches good for swimming, snorkeling and sun bathing. Remodeled in October, 2005 this home has a completely new kitchen, with all new appliances granite counters, new wood floors throughout and landscaping. Guests enjoy the luxury of new top-of-the-line pillow-top mattresses, down comforters and pillows, and 600-thread count sheets. The decor is vintage Hawaiian with warm red and golds throughout the home. Amenities include: AC, Cable Color TVs in most rooms, High Speed Wireless Internet, BBQ Gas Grill and Washer and Dryer. Boogie boards and coolers are provided for endless fun in the sun. This home is near an important road, but with the windows closed and AC on you will hardly notice. A one-bedroom ohana may be rented separately. Ohana means family in Hawaiian and usually refers to a mother-in-law-house or guest-house. This is a common architectural feature in Hawaii designed to accommodate large extended families. The Ohana is professionally designed as a completely separate dwelling unit. If you don’t rent the Ohana and someone else does you probably will not even know that they are there.

  • All rates subject to 12.42% State Tax.
  • 30% Advance Payment Required with Reservation.
  • Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • There is a $175 exit cleaning fee added to all reservations.
  • Extra maid service available at additional charge.
  • Minimum 3 night stay required during regular season.
  • 10 Night minimum stay over Christmas, 14 night minimum stay required if the dates cover both Christmas and New Year.
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change.
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets Allowed
  • A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out if it's available 3 days prior to checkout.
  • No parties are allowed.
  • Please park in the garage, driveway or your assigned parking space. No on-street parking is allowed.
  • No loud noises or music at any time.
  • It's against Maui law to disturb your neighbors between the hours of 9:00pm - 8:00am

        Deposit Policy:  
        

  • A $1500 refundable damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. If the property is left in good condition, then the damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.

  • Avoid paying the $1,500 damage deposit by agreeing to a $35 non-refundable damage deposit waiver fee. This way you will never be charged for any accidental damages under $1,500.

        Refund Policy:  
        
  • A courtesy 24-hour hold is provided for all reservations without penalty for cancellation or changes.
  • A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations.
  • For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
  • A $50 fee may be applied to any changes to reservations

      This home was everything we expected and more. We had everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests, sand toys, sand mats, etc. The only thing we couldn't find were 2 extra pillows for the sofa bed. We also purchased and donated a beach umbrella for future guests. The furnishings were beautiful and top notch. My family loved the down comforters on the beds. We loved having the washer and dryer and BBQ grill on the deck. We will definately rent this home again on our next trip to Maui. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. You may want to create a DVD library for future guests. The bike brakes need adjusting. Two bikes would be nice for couples to use. An electric belgian waffle iron would be fun to have in the kitchen. Thanks for contributing to our special memories of Maui.

      We were extremely pleased with accomodations in the home and definitely would stay again on our next trip to Maui. We traveled with young children, so having 3 bedrooms and amenities (LAUNDRY!!) was a huge plus. Very well maintained home with everything we needed to make our vacation as hassle free without needing to pack many items. Many, many items provided for fun at the beach as well as highchair, playpen, etc for infants. Cannot think of anything we needed that wasn't provided. Although not a beach front, we prefer Big Beach for swimming rather than the beaches off Kihei, so this was perfect for us! Linai is very nice with many large trees/bushes which gives privacy from the other houses in the neighborhood. Beautiful setting for early morning breakfasts /late evening dinners. Only potential negatives to others: located next to a busy highway, we did not find this as a problem. Construction ongoing on a site next door was a bit noisy on one or 2 days. This didn't pose a problem for us as we were early risers and headed out to explore the island.

      This is a great place to stay while visiting on Maui. The condo came with all amenities needed and all furnishings were comfortable. If you don’t mind having no maid service and saving a few bucks over the resorts this is the way to go. We will definitely use My Maui Condos for future reservations. Ron, Fort Worth, TX.

      The main family home and ohana were excellent with everything you could possibly need. Good location within walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. However for further exploration a car would be recommended. My personal opinion was that there were too many laminated sheets giving instructions pinned around the family home. Perhaps it would be better to have one book with all the information in it. However I would not hesitate in recommending these properties to anyone!

      The house was great. A very good experience for us at the South Kihei house. Need more detailed instructions on how to use the surround sound. In the kitchen, the front right burner is not working properly. It heats up on high and then automatically turns off. And the guests before us had broken the refrig handle. But, we loved the place and had a very nice and relaxing time. Decorations are great. The BBQ was super and we spend most nights on the lovely deck. We will rent again. Thanks so much.

      What a wonderful experience. Every part was a joy. From dealing with the initial reservation to getting assistance from the property manager. The house is very nice. No smell!!!! It is a second home to us now. No one can be much more picky than I. I won't complain about a thing. The beds were very comfy. Two washer and dryer sets! Plenty of towels and plenty of hot water for laundry and showers. Beautiful wood floor. Wonderful deluxe kitchen. New appliances. Great satelite TV channel selection. Wonder views of the ocean and surrounding area because of the second story living area. Busy road over the fence but I don't consider it a problem. Remember, I am quite picky. Large deep driveway. Garage. Tons of boogy boards. Nice floor style small playpen/crib for 2 year old or younger. Cool shower heads! Oh yeah, here is a gripe. The propane BBQ is new looking but the burner deflectors are shot and the flame is a bit scary. Manager, take note about it. It could cause a fire on the beautiful covered deck that was a joy. Wonderful deck furniture too. We felt like we were rich staying here. Real close to the action on the main drag through Kihei near the beach. Three nice grocery stores nearby. Alot of good eats nearby as well. Cool neighbors on both sides. Don't even know they are there. Be good and treat them the same. I could go on for a long time. We loved our trip. You can't go wrong staying here. Thank's for the great place to stay!
