· Please park in the garage, driveway or your assigned parking space. No on-street parking is allowed.

· No loud noises or music at any time.

· It's against Maui law to disturb your neighbors between the hours of 9:00pm - 8:00am

A $1000 refundable damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. If the property is left in good condition, then the damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.

Avoid paying the $1,000 damage deposit by agreeing to a $25 non-refundable damage deposit waiver fee. This way you will never be charged for any accidental damages under $1,000.
