  • All rates subject to 13.42% State Tax.
  • 50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation
  • Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival
  • Check out cleaning required, maid service available for $75 per maid service.
  • Minimum 5 night stay required.
  • Late check-out up to 8 pm may or may not be available, check with owner.
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change.
  • Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets Allowed except handicap service animals
  • One time $125 cleaning fee
  • No other hidden fees 
  • $529 per night Year Round
  • $459 per night during month of May

        Deposit Policy:  
        A $500 damage deposit and 50% rental fee is required 7 days after initial booking. Damage deposit is refunded within 14 days after departure provided there are no damaged, missing items, etc.  
       
        Refund Policy:  
        
  • A $100 administrative fee is applied to any canceled reservation
  • For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will not be refunded. If the home can be re-rented, all payments will be refunded (less the $100 administrative fee).
  • Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less the $100 cancellation fee
