Maui Breeze is a very comfortable vacation Villa situated on Maui's sunny west side with a breathtaking panoramic view of the pacific ocean. This private estate features first class furnishings gathered from around the world for your comfort and relaxation. The villa has a large yard and outdoor recreation area including a large 10 person dining area right next to the pool. We have equipped the residence with Wifi internet, state of the art electronics, comfortable furniture and beautiful art so that you may relax in style on your Maui respite. We can comfortably accommodate as many as eight guests in our home with the use of our sofa bed. We are only a 2 minute drive to beaches and only another couple minutes further to Lahaina town where you find activities, shopping, dining and so much more. 	Rental Policy:
	All rates subject to 13.42% State Tax. 50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival $364.62 Check out cleaning required, maid service available at additional charge. Minimum 3 night stay required. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 PM Check out time is 10:00 AM No Smoking No Pets Allowed

	Deposit Policy:
	A $1,500 damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival.

	Refund Policy:
	A 5% fee is applied to all canceled reservation For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee.
