ALOHA and WELCOME to our Island home!! A beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom (1600sq. ft.) condo situated on the beach in the lovely Kihei vicinity of Maui, Hawaii. Our Ocean View condo overlooks beautifully manicured acres of grass, which surround the large pool and professional tennis courts. This unit is close to Maui's great golf courses, award winning beaches, convenient shopping, famous restaurants and gorgeous ocean views. Onsite features include a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, barbecue facilities, putting green, shuffleboard, croquet, volleyball court and an activities tour desk.
Along with the three bedrooms and three baths, we also have two lanais and all the furnishings you will need for your Maui vacation. The living room TV has both a VCR and a DVD. The Master Bedroom TV has a built in VCR. A stereo in the living room has a CD player for your enjoyment. The apartment has been renovated with new doors, beds, new bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen.
Once you get a bit settled, it is still early so you can go to the pool, play tennis or walk around the grounds, which are very beautiful. Our oceanfront and beach are best viewed from our lanai.

Deposit Policy:
A $1500 refundable damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. If the property is left in good condition, then the damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.Â
Avoid paying the $1,500 damage deposit by agreeing to a $35 non-refundable damage deposit waiver fee.  This way you will never be charged for any accidental damages under $1,500.Â
Refund Policy:
A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
Any changes in the reservation are subject to a $25 charge
