  • All rates subject to 12.42% State Tax.
  • 30% Advance Payment Required with Reservation
  • Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival
  • Check out cleaning $100, maid service available at additional charge.
  • Minimum 3 night stay required.
  • A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change.
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

          Deposit Policy:  
          A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival.  
         
          Refund Policy:  
          
    • A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
    • For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
    • Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
    • Any changes to the reservation are subject to a $25 fee

        This was an extremely cute condo. It had all of the amentities we needed for our entire stay including beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and tennis rackets (all of which we brought not knowing it wasn't necessary). It was clean and very relaxing. I want to come back and stay in the same condo since it was so accessible to beaches, shops, etc and everything we needed for our stay was at our fingertips. The bed was nice, plenty of closet/drawer space, and plenty of linen and dishes. There were only two minor inconveniences about the condo; one of them being the internet. We were told our condo would include wireless access but we were not able to connect. When we called the manager she said she would look into the problem. The other is the shower pressure is extremely low. It was almost impossible to shower, and once someone took a quick shower there wasn't any hot water left. Beyond those two minor details we had a fabulous stay with very friendly office and security staff, and the pool and BBQ area is very nice. We loved our Maui Condo and would suggest it to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!         This was a great little condo. Very centrally located in Kehei with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Within a minute we could walk to the beach for a long sunset stroll or some boogie boarding. It was very nice to have all the beach toys to enjoy! Everything was newer and very clean. The only complaint is that we are not still there enjoying the tropical ocean breeze.

        This condo was well kept and clean. The closet was filled with beach items that we used throughout our trip. It was just a 2 minute walk to Kamaole 1--a great beach! Had a great time and we would stay here again.

        The location was perfect for our family. All of the facilities were as expected. We really appreciated the extras such as towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Four people are a tight fit, but the kids made the best of sharing the pull out bed and fold down cot. This was better than the expectation of having to share the pull out bed. We will be back. We will recommend Maui Vista and this particular condo to all of our friends.
