  • Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival

  • A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.

          A $1000 damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival.

    • A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
    • For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
    • Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee

        I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE COTTAGE EXCEPT THE AIR CONDITIONING, WHICH I KNOW THE OWNERS ARE GETTING NEW ONES. THEY WERE AWESOME, THEIR DOG WAS AWESOME AND THE COTTAGE WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE POOL WAS SPECTACULAR AND ELAINE AND ALFIE WERE GREAT! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. WE HAD A SPECTACULAR TIME. ALOHA!!!!!

        The place was absolutely amazing, we will actually be staying there twice in one year. It was that good! The one suggestion I would have is to provide recycling information for guests at the cottage. Coming from Vancouver BC, we are very much into recycling and found it hard to throw out some stuff that we knew we could recycle. Fortunately we found more info on the internet about the depot in town which was very easy to find It's so great to stay in a lush, quiet and peaceful setting away from it all.

        This cottage could not have been more perfect for our family of 5. It was ideally located near our other family members for a wedding we were all in Maui for. It had a gorgeous and fun pool for the children. It was quiet and elegant. The kitchen and bathroom were luxuriously supplied. The hosts and their friends were more than friendly. I can only hope for a reason to stay there again. Thank you, thank you for a perfect stay in Maui.
