The size of our condo was nice. We felt the complex could use more barbecues, as it seemed like people were always lined up to use the two that were available by the pool. The condo was centrally located which was convenient, making it easy to get where we needed to go.

My fiance (Bob) and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 5 nights 4/27-5/2/08. We both agree that it had everything we needed and more including a coffee grinder, rice maker, washer/dryer, and of course....wine bottle opener! (Might I mention that Bob loved the rice maker so much that he purchased his own immediately upon returning from our trip!) The location is perfect, just a block from the beach, and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance (we recommend the pork at Da Kitchen just down the block...delicious and cheap!). The condo was very quiet, private and comfortable. We didn't even need to turn the air conditioning on because of the wonderful cross breeze (so powerful at times that it blew the screen off the bedroom window!) I'm told to list something I dislike, but the only thing I can think of was a few very tiny ant friends that enjoyed their meal if crumbs were left on the kitchen counter. So be sure to keep all food in fridge or tightly closed. Overall, we would go back not only to Maui, but definitely to Kihei Alii Kai #A306 in a heartbeat! Our new home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay in A306 Kihei Alii Kai in Kihei. We stayed there from August 14 - 19, 2008. The location was great with the beach across the street and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Fortunately, we had no problem climbing the steps. Although there is an elevator, many steps had to be taken from landing to landing to get up to the apartment. The free long-distance, cable TV, and washer/dryer were great as well. Altogether, a nice place to stay.
