We had a wonderful time. We loved the Ohana. It's so beautifully decorated and peaceful. The workman was putting in the garden when we left. It looked beautiful.

We especially liked the second floor condo for the view of the ocean and breeze at all times, and the beautiful sunset in the evening. The condo is very well setup for two people. We would suggest that the kitchen window and the patio doors need extra shades from the sun's heat. The coffee maker does not always work properly; twice during our stay the ground grounds spilled into the coffeepot. But we really, really enjoyed out stay at the condo. We are walkers, and it was an easy walk to Charley Young's beach each day. We liked the decor of the condo; the colors are very soothing. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well each night. The stacking washing machine and dryer worked great. The icemaker did a great job. Also, having the beach mats and towels was very handy, as well as the cooler. A TV guide to get the early morning news channels and or evening programs would be handy. As well as suggesting to guests that Channel 7 is the travel channel for Maui and the Hawaiian Islands. The bottle of champaign in the icebox when we arrived was a great complimentary treat; we really enjoyed it! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you -- things have been insane here at work ever since I got back. Here's my comment about your place: I LOVED IT !!! It was clean, bright and airy -- I always had a breeze blowing through the place and never used the AC (the guests below me ran theirs literally 24/7). The furnishings were great and very comfortable. And the location! Five mantes (or less) walk to Charlie Young Beach (which I went to every afternoon) and within walking distance to lot of stuff downtown. There was a little traffic noise from Kanani Rd from time to time, but considering how reasonable the rates were, it was a small price to pay for such a great ohana. I have a friend who's going to try and make it over there with her sister and I'm giving her my heartfelt recommendation. I spent most of my evenings on the deck taking in the stars, the moon and wonderful night air. I also had my breakfast and coffee out there every morning. That deck is a major amenity! I would (will) definitely come back and stay there again. I really liked Kihei and the neighborhood. Thanks for contributing significantly to a fantastic vacation! Sincerely, Andy

Dear Susan, We loved our stay in the cottage. It had a nice view, was very nicely decorated, very clean, a good central location, and good parking. We liked having the DVD player to play movies for our daughter. Nice folks in the other units, no noise problems. Altogether a great place to stay, we would stay there again. It is hard to think that just a month ago we were vacationing on Maui in your luxurious condo..................I have told all my friends, colleages, and family about you properties. The condo was nice. The wireless internet was too slow and I could not do any work from there. The location/view is great and I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed the feel of our stay at your place. It felt as close to home as you can get and for a great price compared to those places closer to the beach. I would return! The beach accessories were excellent as we used the beach chairs everyday, took the fins snorkeling, used the umbrella to shade my little one, boogie boards, toys for the sand, the list goes on...... I will definitely return! Thanks for a great first trip to Maui!

Great Place! The view was better then the picture showed on the web. I couldn't believe it when I could actually sit up in bed and see the ocean. Everything was very clean and the beach accessories in the garage came in really handy. The backyard was great when we wanted to relax and BBq. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great spot! We loved being in a more-residential, less-touristy part of the island; walking to the beach, restaurants and shops; and enjoying sunset from the lanai. The condo itself was very accommodating for a party of four, although the futon might be a little small for two adults. Having the washer/drier was great for keeping beach clothes and towels tidy. Our only disappointment was that many of the beach chairs and boogies boards were broken -- the availability of these items was a big reason we selected this unit. I would recommend removing the broken items from the garage. Otherwise, the stay was great and we will look forward to our next stay.

My stay at your condo was outstanding. Even though we encountered a few problems with the DVD, CD player and lack of bedding for the futon, your representative,Mary, made everything right and was very understanding and easy to deal with. She is a true asset to your company and I look forward to my next trip. Your property is very well maintained and beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone. My only suggestions would be that you check everything out before a new guest arrives to ensure they don't run into the problems we encountered. You might also consider supplying the units with a sharpening steel for the knife set and adding a steamer rack for preparing vegetables. You might also mention to your guests all the beach amenities you have that we found by accident in the garage so they can be enjoyed. My only other idea is that you set up some sort of drop-off/collection facility for unused food that could be distributed to the needy rather than just throwing it out at the end of everyones stay. Again I just want to thank you for a wonderful vacation retreat and am already counting down the days to my next visit at your facilities and just hope my suggestions/feedback make it just that much better for all of your upcoming guests. Very nice ohana... kitchen was all i could ask for... beautiful view... plenty of towels and blankets as needed... you do discover that hot air rises, but the a/c in the bedroom and the ceiling fans help counteract the heat... very pleasant stay, and I really enjoyed using the iPod player in the living room :-)

Beautiful view. Very clean and neat. This unit had everything there for a comfortable stay. Close to beach and town. We walked to many nice restaurants, shops and beaches.
