	All rates subject to 12.42% State Tax. 30% Advance Payment Required with Reservation Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival Exit cleaning fee $100., maid service available at additional charge. Minimum 4 night stay required. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. No Smoking No Pets Allowed

	Deposit Policy:
	A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival.

	Refund Policy:
	A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
